Mission Statement

To engage the diving community and the general public in supporting a common charitable goal by raising awareness, collecting funds, engaging in a safe and enjoyable dive and remitting all collected funds to the chosen charity.

Event Values / Goals

• Charity to be nominated and voted on by last years participants
• Event scope to remain a manageable size
• Event to be all inclusive to all OUC member participants within the scope of safety but without bias
• Event workload to remain manageable to foster a safe, enjoyable and an annually repetitive experience
• Event venue to be interesting while remaining safe for all involved
• Build up enough public support to allow for self sustaining event organization to be done at a provincial level
• Event is to promote interest, collaboration, safety and awareness
